I have been in the Hospitality business for over 20 years, and in that time I have worked with numerous commercial carpet cleaners. Having said that, the quality and workmanship that ABE has provided my hotel is by far the best I have seen anywhere. I got my carpets cleaned for the first time and used ABE Cleaning Services. I decided to go with ABE since they are IICRC certified and use green cleaning products. They cleaned my carpet and sofa. Both turned out great! About a month after I got my carpets cleaned, I got a stain on my rug. I called ABE for advice and was offered several suggestions. When I had no luck getting the stain out, they were very responsive about coming out to try to remove it. One thing I really like is that the person who you talk to on the phone when you call is also the person that cleans your carpet, so you are not just talking to a receptionist, you are talking to a knowledgeable cleaner. You are actually able to develop a relationship with your cleaners (which is nice, especially when you need to call someone about that stain you are having trouble getting out!). Very personable and easy to work with! I definitely recommend ABE Cleaning Services!
